Not much news lately : in the past week we’ve been busy moving to a new place! Also one of our machines died in the process, which makes things a bit more complicated.

Its just a dead mortherboard. Its beeing replaced right now and all the data should be fine as it had nothing to do with the drives. All the data is backed up anyways. Its just a waste of time until the new machine is operational… 🙁
Was it a recent machine ? Try to bring your computer to a professional repairer. Maybe you could replace the damaged element ?
If not, it’s time to invest in a new computer.
